This has of course been a difficult time but Dr. Patel has been a steadying force. She has been clear with her explanations of the disease and of the goals that the treatment is hoped to accomplish. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She will help you find the best solution to your problems and she is genuinely concerned about her patients. Great doctor overall.

It's near impossible to reach Dr Patel or her staff via phone. It takes 45 min on hold only to be told I would get a call back and never do. Appointments get set but never put on her schedule. Appointments get changed or take forever when I'm told they need to be ASAP. A CAT SCAN or biopsies should not take months for results. I asked to use an outside facility for my cat scan because i knew i would be seen immedialty instead i had to wait weeks to be scheduled at this facility. There was no consideration for what i wanted. The blood staff and front staff are very nice and care but the scheduling staff and procedures need lots of improvement. Cancer is very serious and is very scary and it doesn't feel like this facility cares about urgency.

Dr Patel takes her time and answers all questions, she is personable, accurate, caring, informative, patient, kind and sets you at ease.
