Dr. Azim Etemadi, MD

Dr etemandi is an excellent doctor and his staff is very nice. Prior post slam his staff but its the opposite they are very nice. especially his wife who works very hard.

The secretary at Dr Etemadi’s Oftice is super rude. I really wish his office has a different secretary because she is very rude and doesn’t let you talk on the phone. Very disrespectful. I will give this office 0 stars for the customer service! Despite Dr Etemadi is a well respected Doctor. He listens to all your concerns and is a great Doctor. He needs to have a different staff at his office because if not he is going to keep losing patients! Worst experience ever with the rude secretary I can’t stand her.

THE staff is very incompetent. Very rude specially his wife that likes to schedule appts. She is very rude and not nice at all. If his wife was not at his office patients will complain less. She tries to take charge of everything. I wish he just change his stuff because if that happens Dr Etemadi will be the good Dr I used to know.

This doctor is terrible. He prescribed a medication which gave me unbearable side effects and when I told him so he ignored the situation and kept prescribing them despite my telling him I could not tolerate them. Mine is a workers comp case; he often told me how many of his pts ended up homeless because of WC and Social Security. He refused to provide the paperwork for my SS hearing unless I paid him $750 knowing I'm on a fixed income. Staff is rude and incompetent. Constantly away on holiday.
