A PGY3 resident
My 87 yr old mother went to ER(080424 PM), with severe pain in left side and very weak. After testing; PGY3 Ahmed said I could take my mother home as nothing was found. I was in severe shock asking how I could possibly take her home in this condition and she then said 'well...we have her on oxygen if she needs the oxygen I could admit her'. Of course I quickly said 'yes she needs oxygen' (never did at home) but thought this would buy me time to call her great PC doc in morning to find out what I should do. Luckily once admitted, the hospital's great DOCTORS worked diligently to figure things out and take care of my mother. (I was told Ahmed was a resident, the discharge paperwork states PGY3 Ahmed. )
