The first few times we called in April, the voice message said that they were not taking any messages (red flag)! Then after calling several more times over April-June, I was able to speak with a receptionist that took messages and said the scheduling person would contact me back by the next day. It's July now and I still haven't heard back (red flag). This is not professional.

His office staff is terrible about getting back to you with any information that you seek. He staff is rude and schedules you to come in early only to sit in the lobby for over an hour EVERY SINGLE visit before being brought into a room where you spend another 30 minutes before seeing the doctor. This doctor seems to constantly "experiment" with medicines over long periods of time with elderly patients (at least with both of my parents) and simply shrugs his shoulders when you tell him the side effects from his medicines he prescribes are WORSE than the problems he is teying to supposedly treat for. We will be seeking a new doctor immediately. This doctor and his staff are rude and terrible to deal with. They don't care about the actual patient, only the money. That is what it sure appears to be in our case. !!. We come in with oxygen tanks and wait until both tanks run out completely before the staff ONLY THEN offers their oxygen. This has happened twice now. Left us with no oxygen
