Have Confidence in this Doctor
The words I would use to describe my visit with Dr. Mizrachi are: cordial, efficient, thorough, focused, diagnostically accurate, and skillful. She dealt with three issues: one harmless, one treated, and one biopsied leaving no residual scar and no recurrence. Her competence was impressive and I greatly appreciated her explanations of her findings.

What?
I had a totally ridiculous experience with this doctor. She never introduced herself (I didn't know who was the doctor and who were the nurses at first), she asked no questions, seemed not at all interested in getting any information from me, went on to explain the protocol for a cream she prescribed and then announced (just so I'd know), 'I may be fast, but I'm good.' All in less than 2.5 minutes. She got one thing right. She was fast. I'll never know how good she is because later that afternoon, I made an appointment with another dermatologist who paid greater attention, listened and actually treated my problem quicker and very effectively. It's astonishing to me that there are actually 4 and 5 star reviews for her. I'm confused. Are we all talking about the same person?

Simply the best!
Dr. Mizrachi is amazing. She is very thorough in her exams and has always given me very effective treatment and advice. She has spared me from some potentially serious skin cancer issues. I cannot recommend her enough!

Coldest doctor ever met
I showed up from my initial visit that lasted about two minutes tops. I sat on the table while she was dictating from previous patient into computer. When finished wheeled over to me for a 30 second review of my symptoms to then wheeled back to the computer to dictate her diagnosis. There was no greeting or introduction as to what my name was nor what her name was. Cloldest doctor I ever met! It appears it’s more important to her to do an assembly line of patients than to be a consulting and caring doctor! Only statement from her was “if you need to follow up I have a two year wait so find another dermatologist if you have any other concerns”.

Medical System Failing Patients
I am a new mom whose number one priority is making sure I can live a long life for my children. So I scheduled a skin check. I was recommended to see this doctor and after driving over 2 hours from the city I saw her for less than 5 minutes. I really wanted a few moles checked thoroughly and had questions about scalp issues. She didn’t even look at my scalp and just prescribed me a fungal shampoo (not one glance!). I feel this is a result of the medical system we live in, the doctor was extremely rushed, spoke at warp speed into her recording device while I was there (my guess is to save time), and heightened my already high levels of overstimulation as a new mom. I left feeling bad, like I didn’t get adequate care, and questioning whether or not I should use what she prescribed as a breastfeeding mother. We live in a sick-care system, not healthcare. It’s clear the practice’s company does not care about patients, but wants efficiency to bill as many as possible. Truly a sick system.

This Doctor Is For You...IF you want a Dr Who
Makes you wait in the exam room, half naked, while the Dr literally gossips with the staff. Talks about you and other patients while you are in the room. Makes you move into positions which a older person should not be asked to do. Tries to pawn you off on other Drs, at the location, because they don't want to treat "this type of patient". Dictates her report on you, while you are still in the room, so fast as to demonstrate she does not care much about those she treats. Is generally unprofessional.

Horrible experience
This doctor does not care at all to find the root cause of a problem. First, she didn’t even ask question to figure out what my symptoms were, she basically just prescribed me a cream. After asking a few question on my issue she responded “just let me treat you.” She had a lot rude remarks as I continued to question why I could be getting these symptoms. Horrible experience.

Rushed and impersonal
While I appreciate expediency as much as the next New Yorker, this was too much. The whole visit lasted <10 mins and the doctor talked at warp speed. She gave the impression she had no time for you or your problem. I will not be back. Time to loosen up the schedule if you cannot provide adequate care.

She is not nice at all
Saw her in Care Mount Katonah office in June 2022. By the way, had to wait for that appointment for more than a month. The visit could not have lasted more than 10 minutes as she was in a hurry to leave. Her words were "gotta go, gotta go". Had questions about my conditions/med etc, she was in no mood to answer. Wondering anyone else had similar experience with her? I would not see her again even if I'm dying. For that less than 10 minutes, she charged $371. What a horrible person.

Worst experience ever. She didn't listen and talked super fast that it was hard to catch anything. After she finished checking my kid (within <5 mins), I said maybe I could book an appointment to check my mole. She asked her assistant to squeeze in an appointment in their calendar and checked me for 30s. 1 month later I got a full bill. Horrible.

Her scheduling doesn't make sense. For an additional 5 minutes (the difference between a regular visit and a full body check) I have to wait till 2018 for an appointment, wow. I am moving on very fast to finding a doctor with better scheduling, wow.

Doesn't listen carefully. Seems to have her own agenda and didn't take a biopsy of scalp even after seeing the area between visits from 2013 to 2016. Do not trust her diagnostic skills.
