DR. MA is amazing..
She is so very kind, smart and knows her stuff- very thorough. 3 years.. no cancer. Radiologists are amazed with her work.She is a gift from God. So glad we crossed paths.

I was referred to see her for breast surgery. Made an appointment late november and told her I was going overseas in december, so surgery would have to happen in january, which she agreed as it was not urgent. She rushed to schedule a pre op appointment for early december, which we did. Then late december I got a message saying she no longer works for my insurance and I have to find another surgeon. January came the bill for the pre op appointment that she knew would never going to happen. She doesn't care about your health, you are just her money machine. Waste of time and money.

I try to find the good in everyone but my experience with Dr. Ayemoethu Ma, like several others, was abysmal. She is condescending and rude and has a terrible bedside manner. I’ve seen my fair share of doctors over the years and she is by far the worst at Scripps.

Reception and Doctor - The worst. Scheduled appointment, confirmed appointment, went to appointment, and office is CLOSED?!? Next appointment - super rude & unfriendly reception, doctor didn't seem to care about patient at all.

Dr Ma is the best oncologist breast surgeon in the 3 state area. She safe my life using a cutting edge procedure to apriach every patient care.

Dr. Ma is a wishy-washy doctor who is more concerned about her cronies in the medical field than about her patients. Her credentials and experience are not obvious. She does the filling for other senior doctors who dictate verbatim what she has to say and do.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was not comfortable with my surgeon. I decided to get two other opinions in the two other biggest health systems in San Diego. By far, Dr. Ma, at Scripps, and her staff were the best. Dr. Ma took more time with me then the other two surgeons. She is kind, compassionate, listens to your concerns and answers all questions thoroughly. I felt I was in the best hands!!!! I had surgery and now, cancer-free!!!!

This is not a good doctor. Don't trust her please. So you won't be traumatized like I did.
