I was referred to Dr. Avraham and called to schedule an appointment. His staff did not ask me any screening questions at this time. I rearranged my work schedule, and one business day before the appointment, I received a call from another staff member who asked me a few screening questions and then told me I couldn't be seen by the doctor. I was confused, and upset to be getting this call so close to the appointment. I tried addressing this with his office, but they never returned my call.
