Executive Medicine Experience
Dr. Caride was easy to talk to but didn't stay on top of my conditions. I felt that for concierge medicine there would be more one-on-one. However, when I was in the middle of something and needed quick attention he did respond quickly even after hours.

Mixed experience
I joined Dr. Caride's concierge practice at UM, but left after several disappointing experiences. He has a warm, friendly manner but, at least in my experience, really didn't follow-through. Despite paying a 4k annual fee to join his practice, he hadn't reviewed any of my medical records prior to my annual physical, took many days to reply to medication refill requests and seemed to confuse antibiotic medications for antiviral medications. Basic equipment for the annual physical (like the EEG machine) was also missing, at least on the day of my physical. So it was a mixed bag but mostly negative for me. He has a nice friendly manner, but the follow-through and attention to detail was missing.
