No respect of patient choice.
As a cancer patient, I believe I have a say in the choice of treatment, and it was her job as a surgeon to provide me that choice. Expert cancer literature backs me up. But Dr. Armani did not "give" a fraction of an inch. I had to leave UCSD to get the treatment I deserved. She was 100% "cold prickly," with no "warm fuzzy" at all. UCSD is highly ranked in cancer care. I was shocked, and very disappointed. Her colleagues supported her. I was totally disrespected. I wasted two months after my diagnosis there.

Dr Housseini did my surgery for breast cancer in April 2019. She is very kind, professional, and compassionate. She calmed me down when I had a melt down. My frankenboob is still healing so too soon to tell the aesthetics of my lumpectomy. It got infected like 4 weeks post-op, but apparently that is common. I have to get the fluids drained out to help the healing so that's where I am at now.
