Dr. Austin Seward, DDS

Went in for estimate and meet with him then he sent us to receptionist (who was more worried about talking about her Covid) to get paper work. She hands me the cost before insurance and I asked what is this? She replied you’ll have to find out your coverage and then figure it out. So went to extraction day and dentist comes in to put IV in and missed 3 times and doesn’t say anything and acts like it’s my fault. I said one more miss and I’m leaving. Well he got it and then says are you leaving now? So went under only to come too in middle of extraction and pain and pressure were intense so I was trying to yell. Then all I hear is calm down we are almost done. Then someone was holding me. Then went back out and when I came to the staff was in a hurry to get me out of there. Would not recommend this dentist or the office he operates out of!!!!

After my elderly father had tooth removal and sinus breakthrough repair on Friday, he started bleeding and developed a fever. He went to the ER on Monday, was given 5 units of blood, they called Dr. Seward several times and as a lack of response, my father was moved to St. Cloud hospital. When he did finally respond, he said dad could come to the office on Tuesday! What?? It's Wed and we've still not heard from Dr. Seward and dad is still in the hospital on antibiotics. Dr. Seward has been derelict in his duty in and showing no interest in my father's well being in our opinion.
