Dr. Austin Butterfield, MD

After the most harrowing week of our lives with 2 self harm incidences, and our own non-responsive psychiatrist during this entire experience, we landed ourselves in the ER twice with our severe OCD child. Doctor Butterfield was truly a voice of reason in the middle of a week of crisis. He had more sound wisdom, advice, and drug advice than our own negligent psychiatrist. He's an educator and master on human behavior. Read the whole situation extremely well and was the only one to administer calmness and soundness in the middle of our storm. Exceptional professional. Wish we could meet again.

Unfortunately i had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Butterflied. I found him to be very condescending, unprofessional and blatantly rude. He had his objective long before the due process was completed and refused to assist in getting further assistance for a dis-regulated and unsafe foster child. when I further advocated for the child he then became more unprofessional and took things to a personal level. He literally told me to " bring it on". very poor representation! very disappointed.
