Dr. Consuegra treated my father since he came from Cuba. I have no doubt that without his care, my father would not have lived much longer. He's very professional, compassionate, and takes his time with his patients. You can totally trust him, he's a great doctor.

It took me years to find a Primary Physician that really enjoys his job and cares for his patients. The ones I met before were always in a rush after a minimum of 1 hour wait in the lobby. Since the first appointment Dr Aurelio Torres-Consuegra made me feel comfortable, he took his time to listen and check me. He's always on time, with a big smile on his face, he stays with me the time needed to take the correct decisions about my health and the prescriptions I need. His office is neat and very close to my house. His staff is very kind and professional and I assume he is a great leader and his people learns from him. It's a great team. I recommend Dr Aurelio Torres-Consuegra a 100%.

Regular anual exam the staff got me ready for the Doctor In no time. Dr. Torres as always very polite and professional, he gave me good advice and tell me to watch my weight, and all the good stuff. Greatfull to have find this very knowledgeable and professional doc. Thank you Dr. Torres keep it up!!!

Dr. Consuegra took his time to meet with me and perform a thorough check-up. Something I have not seen in other doctors in a long time. I was truly impressed with his professionalism and dedication to me, as a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Consuegra to anyone looking for a True Doctor.

Unprofessional doctor. He left me waiting for hours after we had a Telehealth visit. When I complained, he dropped me as a client, leaving all my prescription refills and treatment on the air! I couldn't believe that instead of apologizing, he was rude and so unprofessional! His nurses are also very rude and they don't follow the new COVID rules. No masks or mask only covering the mouth but not the nose, always late for appointments, and many times, when you think you have an appointment with him, you find out that there's a nurse who is going to see you because "the doctor had to leave early..." I wish I read all the bad reviews about him online before seeing him. Not recommended.

This doctor's bedside manner leaves much to be desired. He is very rude. He doesn't even have the respect to inquire with the patient what they are there for...he just assumes. This doctor should really learn how to interact with his patient and to care enough to listen. Definitely will be switching to another office if I have to ever see him again.

this doctor is all about himsel, not about the patient, want to do things his way,only.

No bed side manners:(. I should be able to ask my doctor questions and have a conversation however his manners toward my concerns were very poor. Does not have empathy toward patients feelings. I will not be returning.

They used to be OK, never great. But now that they have more than one doctor/practice in their office, the wait times are very very long. The doctor I see is Santos, used to be Torres, but because they try to jam so many people in at one time, you'll start seeing doctors you didn't ask to see. I don't think the care is that great, so if you don't care about who your doctor is then this might be the place for you.

The doctor was super rude, and when I tell him that wait more than an hour is unacceptable because my time as his are very important and everybody needs to respect...He told me that he is not working with vegetables and he said that I should find another doctor, is the first time a doctor traet me that way , VERY disappointed and sad, zero education and kindness with a patient, I followed his advice and I will find a better doctor,, I recomend (like the doctor said) do the same

Best Doctor I ever had

Been going to Dr. Torres for several years and he provides great care to me and my entire family. I have a adult son who has Autism and he is very patient with him and always makes him feel comfortable when he comes for his Dr visits. He spends time going over test results and explains the treatment plan. Overall our family is blessed to have him as our primary doctor.

LOVE the doctor. Do not like the staff. They are very blasé and laid back, don't seem to care and pay ZERO attention to detail. But, I absolutely love the doctor, he is very thorough and listens to his patients, has compassion and is always willing to help.

I must say that I’ve never felt so disrespected in my entire life and truthfully it was appalling to witness their “nurse” Shawn behaving in such poor manner. I believe that her poor behavior represents the Dr. Torres and I really can’t respect “professionals” on the medical field that doesn’t have respect for others so I guess I am glad I didn’t get to see the doctor.
