Dr Lee is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s honest. Tells it like it is. If he says it’s going to be a very painful surgery, he’s not lying. But he does everything he can to try to make you comfortable. I had diverticulitis in my colon. He had to take out approximately 16” to get to good blood flow so it would heal well. Before the surgery I had been hospitalized twice because of it. After he did my colon resection in 2012 I’ve never had another problem. A few years after my surgery my brother was diagnosed with rectal cancer. I referred him to Dr. Lee for the surgery. He also loved Dr. Lee and to this day is still doing well. I moved out of Texas to Oklahoma in Aug. of 2019, but if I ever need this type of surgery again you can bet I’ll be driving back down to Texas for Dr. Lee to do the surgery. Thank you Dr. Lee for removing my diverticulitis and giving me my quality of life back.

Don’t let him near you , he needs a proctologist , as he is the biggest rear end I’ve ever met, very unclear and unsure what to do .

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr.Lee was brash, and arrogant from the second he walked in the door. When speaking about my condition with me (which includes a VERY serious assault background) Dr.Lee seemed annoyed, and told me when I cried that I needed to “separate” my emotions from the physical. My rectal exam was the WORST and most painful exam I’ve ever gotten. The lube was pretty much empty and you could tell that Dr.Lee was attempting to use every last bit as possible. My bottom BLED and continues to bleed since this visit. Dr.Lee did NOT ask a female Nurse to come in during my rectal exam. He assumed who was with me was My husband and started the exam. I was so in shock and pain that I didn’t say anything. Please please please do NOT come to this Dr. I paid 200 to be ridiculed and told that my issues were “emotional” but that the situation down below was “really bad”. I will be looking for another Doctor. Females PLEASE be weary.

I'm on Medicare/United Health. When I called to make an appointment with Dr. Lee, I made sure he took my insurance. The day of the surgery. Dr. Lee followed me into surgery. I heard him talk to the person wheeling me that he had a task to do with his child that A.M. Once asleep he must have turned my surgery over to a Fall Creek Surgeon who did not take my insurance. I rec'd a bill from Fall Creek Surgical for his services provided. I had no say who would do the surgery or costs involved.

I had been having pain in my side for over a month. Two ct scans showed that I was normal, but Dr. Lee trusted that something was abnormal by the continued pain. He performed a diagnostic laparoscopy where he found the source of my pain with minimal incisions. The recovery was quick and he made me feel well taken care of, I would recommend him to anyone wanting a professional and kind surgeon.

I had laparoscopic umbilical hernia surgery preformed by Dr. Lee today and it ended up 100% AWESOME!!! I'am VERY particular about any placement of any thing on my body (scars and tattoos for example) and so I asked him to try and make the incisions to be uniform as possible. Dr. Lee did such a wonderful job that my stomach and belly button looks so great! I would highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone for their surgery in his field of practice. Thank you Dr. Lee.

Dr Lee is a really fine Doctor. I had surgery a month ago and I can tell you he is a great surgeon. I was very worried and he was very kind to explain exactly what to expect. If you need hemorrhoid surgery he is the one to go to.

Dr. Lee performed a surgery for me that is not part of his normal speacialty but decided to help me with a device removal for me that was put in years ago and problematic that was no longer in use and not something he put in but removed all of it with care. I'm very impressed with doctor Lee and his will to help and would refer him to anyone in my family or my church thank you Dr. Lee for helping me with a 10 year problem that was a disaster for me in my life from the very beginning.

Dr. Lee is an amazing doctor. I have never had a doctor that gives you his undivided attention like Dr Lee has done. From my first (unscheduled/semi emgergency) visit to his office I was so impressed with his bedside manners. Took the time to fully explain the gallbladder and the removal of it. Then surgery which he again explained everything to me and post surgery to my family. His office staff at Texas Healthcare is amazing as well. Thank you to my family physician for sending me to him.

Dr Lee speaks over you. His staff is miserable and rude, probably because Dr Lee noticibly treated them very disrespectfully. He seems to think he is better than everyone. The scary part is when he talked to me he seemed on edge, but i noticed he was able to hide most of it. I decided to go elsewhere and have had a great experience with a different doctor. Dont let yourself think this is ok. Not all doctors are like this. Dont just go to anybody, shop around. Surgery is a big deal.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Lee! His administrative staff, on the other hand is horrible. They are rude and respond to call backs at a snails pace if at all. They act like the patient owes them something and when you call them out about lying, they get more rude and brush you off. Getting through the maze of ineptness is frustrating, tiresome and unnecessary. He should terminate them all and replace them with staff that is eager to work and still have some passion for their job.

Dr. Lee not only repaired the hernia that showed up on the CT scan, but also found other hernias and adhesions which he fixed, and a weak place in my colon that he strengthened with stitches. I appreciate his thoroughness and concern and skill. He answers all my questions with patience and detail. My digestive health will be better than it has been in several years and I am thankful to Dr. Lee for that.
