DR PIPER IS A GREAT DR AND HAS HELPED ME AND MY DAUGHTER AND WE BOTH HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY, HE IS A OLD SCHOOL DR AND IS VERY SMART AND IF YOUR GOING THERE TO GET HELP HE WILL HELP BUTTTT IF YOUR GOING THERE TO TRY AND DRUG SEEK, I SUGGEST DON'T EVEN TRY AND THATS WHERE AND WHY PEOPLE ARE PUTTING HIM DOWN, HE DON'T WANNA HEAR BS HE WANTS TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU STRAIGHT UP AND GET TO THE POINT......... SO DR AUGUST PIPER AND STAFF, GREAT SECRETARY. NOTHING BAD I CAN SAY.

This guy was the absolute worst. Very unfriendly and not sensitive at all. Don't visit his office if you're looking for someone that cares about what hurts you.

He was skeptical that my chronic PTSD diagnosis was really causing the symptoms I came to him for. It [the PTSD symptoms] should have faded by now. At times he seemed to imply that my psychiatric symptoms were either fabricated or just character flaws. He took offense when I questioned his perseveration on the minutiae of my morning routine (he asked me four times and I gave him the same answer four times).
