Dr. Audry Castellanos Vidaurre, MD

My mother, sister, and I have all been patients of Dr. Castellanos and we have all fled. When I saw her, I felt she was very rude, apathetic, dismissive of my symptoms (made jokes about them) and did not seem to really be helpful with a diagnosis whatsoever. I feel like OBGYNs should be some of the most compassionate doctors due to the vulnerability of their patients, but Dr. Castellanos was the furthest from it. She recommended her no-needle-accupuncture friend to alleviate my symptoms and it felt like a joke. Needless to say, I saw another doctor and got a diagnosis (with compassion!!) right away and felt so much more comfortable elsewhere. Heed my warning, as all 3 of the women in my family who see her agree!

However, when I met Dr. Castellanos Vidaurre, I was instantly set at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. Came for an ongoing issue. I was greeted by the receptionist who was cheery, welcoming and courteous. Perfect for front office! The nurse was also very accommodating and had a friendly, upbeat demeanor. What can I say about Dr Castellanos-she’s great. I love having a female gyno. Terrific office and staff. Couldn’t be better!

I love that my visit is on point. I don't wait too long and I get all the answers I need/want. Love that I changed to Dr. Vidaurre.

Reading these reviews I’m actually surprised there are so many 5 stars after visiting her for the first time. I felt very rushed and uncomfortable the whole time. i’ve been to multiple different gynecologists and none have ever been as aggressive as she was (that’s the LAST thing you want a gyno to be). I had some serious concerns i wanted to address and get thorough feedback on and got to talk to the dr for about 10 mins total because it was so rushed and she was short with me, it just didn’t seem like she cared. only reason i gave 2 stars is because the office staff was very nice and the appointment was easy to get. don’t recommend.

I was very happy with the care. I actually called for an appointment and I expected to wait for weeks. I was shocked when they got me in for the same week. It's was my first time and the staff was very pleasant and the Dr. was very informative and took her time with me. Thank you so much. It's hard to find a dr's office like this now a days. I pray that it stays the same because I'm planning to go back. Thank you again!

Dr. Castellanos is the best doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. She’s an amazing person and really cares about patients and not only their physical but mental well being. 10/10

My daughter had her first OBGYN visit and her experience was horrible. She felt the doctor didn't explain what type of procedure she was going to do on her. She came home crying and didn't get answers to her questions. The doctor should be more mindful of younger patients and their first impression with such an intimate physician.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor was very informative with everything I had Questions about concerning my periods and birth control. She was great!

Worst experience with this office. Including Dr Castellanos and staff. You have to go to the office more than once and make sure what you need done gets done right in front of you. If not it will get half done or incorrectly done.(when I first got seen I saw someone else going through this,I should’ve left then)They treat you like you don’t know what you’re doing or what you need.The only thing they’ll make sure to do right away is send you your bill. They charge 100$ just for being a new patient.

Dr. Castellanos is AMAZING! Great bedside manner and listens/addresses all concerns. Her staff are very helpful and flexible when scheduling appointments. The whole office just gives off a good aura. Thank you all!

Dr. Castellanos has delivered all 3 of my children. She is caring and compassionate, well educated and up to date on current literature. Her staff is friendly and accommodating. There is no other I would advise you to go to for your OB/GYN needs, I have always and will continue to trust her with my healthcare needs.

Dr. Castellanos can come off tricky at first, but after spending my whole pregnancy with her I realized she was just always listening to my signs and symptoms to ensure all is well. She is very sweet, patient and listens to all your concerns. Nurse Maria is AMAZING in the office always smiling no matter how busy she gets. The ladies are great in the front they become your family and always make sure you’re comfortable.
