Audrey Williams is undoubtedly the worst doctor that I have ever seen. I would not recommend her to anyone. Many things went wrong during this appointment. First, they called and rescheduled my appointment because she was going to be out that day. I then went to my new appointment and Audrey wrote in my chart that I was a no-show at the previous appointment that SHE cancelled. I made the appointment for low blood sugars that drop down into the 40’s and give me severe symptoms. She refused to do any testing and refused to offer any advice or treatment. I asked for a continuous glucose monitor or glucose testing and she said, “we won’t be doing that.” Shen then went on to ask if there was anything else she could do like medication refills. Feeling defeated, I went to another doctor a month later. The other doctor did get me a continuous glucose monitor and we’ve discovered that I have issues with both extremely high and low blood sugars levels. The monitor alerts me as my glucose levels are going down and allows me to correct it before i get to the point of having severe symptoms. I reviewed my documents from my appointment with Audrey and she labeled the appointment as “other-psychoactive substance abuse.” I do not take any type of drugs or alcohol other than the prescription heart medication that is prescribed to me by my cardiologist. She also documented in my chart that I have an appointment scheduled next year with a primary doctor that I have been on a wait list to see since June. She wrote that he will be resigning. She failed to tell me that in person. I would have waited for that appointment and never been able to see him. Ultimately, placing me on another year long wait list to get into a primary doctor. Audrey’s lack of care to her patients can cause someone serious issues down the road.

Did not take the time to speak about what might be causing pain in the patient. Did not evaluate the patient only told them the pain was due to their age. The patient was only 25 at the time. Went to see another doctor who diagnosed theme he patient with scoliosis.
