Received care for MS.
Saw Dr. Lieberman for 10 years for treatment of R&R MS. Always compassionate and knowledgeable. Schedules properly so no long waits or rushed appointments. Took the time to perform a thorough examination, discuss his findings and answer any questions asked at every single visit. Excellent bedside manner and wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Great Care of my Father
I did need to wait awhile with my father in his waiting room, but his tender care with my father was wonderful. I will never forget the gentle care and respect he showed to my Dad. Thank you, Dr. Leiberman!!!

Absolutely, he is the most caring doctor I have ever dealt with and with all the health issues I have, I have dealt with many doctors in several different fields. He not only takes the time to listen to you, but you never get the feeling you are being rushed. He is very complete in his examinations. There maybe a wait at the time of your appointment, but after your first you understand it is because he is taking as much time as necessary with each patient, and that makes waiting your turn easier, plus his staff is extremely friendly and polite. That is why even though we have moved out of MA and now live in R.I. it is worth the trip back to Brockton for visits. He is the best Neurologist!

I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Lieberman!!!! Not because of him he is a great Neurologist however his staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Don't even try to call to make an appointment you will be told "we do not speak to patients only doctors office" AND heaven forbid if you don't call back right away to confirm your appointment they will leave an awful voicemail stating that you "MUST" call back to confirm and when you do call back be ready as the woman that answers the phone will berate you!

I have been a patient of Dr Lieberman for about 17 yrs, an think he is the most caring professional Dr I've ever met... I met him in 2000 when I almost died from pseudo tumor cerebri,an he treated me for years, with the upmost care & compassion.. my problem is his receptionist, needed to see him asap,2 weeks ago,an she treated me so inappropriate! she is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in this field..it's her job to be helpful an professional to his patients..she's rude

Dr. Lieberman himself is a very nice and informative doctor. The office secretary is the rudest person ever. I got no show bill for an appointment in October, yet my appointment was in November. I called and said my appointment is in November and that is what was on the appointment card and basically she said "computers don't lie" then hung up on me and I still got charged for it. I was not happy and unfortunately will not go back there because of it.

Office manager has a disgusting attitude. If you find out you need to reschedule on a Wednesday good luck they're closed so you will get a no show bill. Unfortunately the Nuerologist is very nice. But the 6 month wait time and uncooperative staff will just have you waiting your time and money. I wouldn't recommend anyone seeing this facility. To bad since he was really interested in my conditions.

He is a very intelligent doctor, but also has a conversation with you about your care. He discusses options with you and also his thoughts about your care. This is an absolutely unique skill with doctors and it makes him a phenomenal doctor. His staff is also very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about Dr. Lieberman and his office and staff. I've been seeing him for many years and plan on continuing to do so!

I would say he is a nice person but it seems to be an issue with neurologist that they are ill educated when it comes to rare diseases. During one visit I waited over 2 hours in his office and the second visit I waited an hour and a half. I was supposed to be scheduled for a sleep study which their office neglected to do. And I believe a patient knows their body better than a doctor would. And I agree with the other two reviews that his staff is extremely rude.

I waited 1 month to see the Doctor. I was sent for an MRI. I had the MRI and never heard from the Doctor at all. I called the office once a week for 3 weeks and now it has been a month and still have not heard from the Doctor regarding the results of the MRI. There was never a follow up scheduled either which I found strange as well. The nurse was super rude the 3rd time I called to inquire regarding my results. I had to bring them to my PCP to read and view AFTER I picked them up from Shields.

I really liked Dr. Lieberman himself but they just have to have a better way of conveying Test results to the patient. It has been 2 weeks and 3 calls to the office asking for results and not one call. The rudeness alone would bring this office to a quick negative. i just think the pt is entitled to some kind of communication. Is a telephone call really that difficult especially since the report has been ready within 24h after the MRI. Very disappointed in this office.
