Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Not progressive with treatments or understanding of patients’ concern with timing of treatment. Just order more tests, come back to run up the bill, and refer you to someone else. I’m my opinion, she is a young doctor with a “know it all” attitude that does not want to follow published guidelines on treatment. Hopefully, she will learn some compassion and take the patients’ thoughts into consideration when deciding a treatment plan.

Dr. Akhtar is a caring doctor who went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. She is an astute diagnostician and ordered tests that other providers did not consider. Will definitely be following with her in the future.

Myself and my wife went for annual physical and we are charged because Dr. Akhtar did not code that as annual physical. Doctor asked us is everything ok and do you guys have mywife told about her other issue and now we are charged with bill after 9 months. If doctor told us that to treat or discuss other issue we will charge then we would not discussed it with her. I'm not sure it is normal practice for other doctor but this is the 1st time we faced this issue. T

In a time of outrageously expensive health care costs, Dr. Akhtar myopically focuses on the primary presenting issue, refusing to refill prescriptions for documented conditions supported by historical medical records (e.g. acme). Dr. Akhtar’s timid approach to medical practice is sadly representative of the evolution of medical professionals. Gone are the days of holistic primary care physicians who monitor and treat multiple medical issues. Patients must line the pockets of multiple specialists

My wife and I saw Dr. Akhtar today and she is a very caring doctor who is willing an able to go the extra mile to insure that her patients get the very best of care. We have had good experiences with Humana and Metcare, Deland for the past 13 years, but Dr. Akhtar is the best physician we have had. Thank you Dr. Akhtar, Ralph & Patricia Malone
