Dr. Atousa Ghaneian, MD

She has horrible bedside manner and an attitude of entitlement. She will over talk you and belittle you. In my opinion she is very rude and is not good with children.

Not only had the staff been rude and very unwilling to find specialty providers we were referred to near us, but the doctor seemed to dismiss any concerns that could be addressed in clinic. The doctor refused to look further into my child having adhd because her teacher lied and said there were zero symptoms during school (despite me getting complaints from school about obvious adhd behavior) but then discharged us mid-care because she was unwilling to refer me to places that were closer to us for travel (we are low income and I made the staff aware I had disabilities that make these things harder) and cited it as refusal to cooperate with the doctor. The parent and doctor are supposed to be a team, not one dictating over the other. But Dr. Ghanaian made it clear it is her way or the highway. That is not a good doctor. That is a dictator who is unwilling to admit that the parent spends more time with the child than she does and knows what would work better.

Dr. Atousa is so caring so attentive and really really thorough with my children. I love her bedside manner and her office staff is very accommodating and just wonderful. They are stringent on keeping patients and staff safe alike from the virus and other infections, and I really appreciate that as one of my children is immunocompromised. So thank you Dr Atousa Ghaneian at Healthy Kids Care for showing up every day for your patients . You are amazing!

The doctor is great but policies and procedures are lacking when they would not let parents accompany a disabled child into the appointment with two parents thusly causing the child to have a traumatic experience and regress further exacerbating his pre-existing conditions. Doesn't seem like a good practice to exacerbating a patient's mental conditions when exceptions can be made according to the for patients with disabilities.

This office is so nice and the staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I can get my child in anytime we need. Our questions and concerns are always addressed. I enjoy visiting Dr. Atousa office very much and so does my child! We have now followed her over the last few years and each time our visits are great. Thank you all Healthy Kids Care!

Dr. Ghaneian is such a great doctor, she takes time to listen to my concerns. She is very detailed oriented. She goes above and beyond to take the necessary steps to ensure that we are not missing anything. That is what makes me feel so confident in her. My kids also love her caring personality. I highly recommend her.

Dr. G is the absolute most caring and gentle Pediatrician. She is so wonderful with my children and by far, the best in her field! My girls are always excited to go to her office!

Dr Ghaneian is a great doctor! She takes very good care of my two girls and my baby boy. She is very patient and caring. I highly recommend her! I never have to wait for an appointment either

Dr. Ghaneian is a kind doctor with very helpful information for me and my children. She listened to what we had to say, showed concern for my children's well-being, and I highly recommend her to any parent!

Dr. Ghaneian is amazing. She is very kind and made my daughter feel very comfortable during treatment. She was even available to assist when my daughter was sick on Christmas. Dr. Ghaneian is compassionate and has always provided us with amazing care. She goes above and beyond.

As a mother of 4 kids I wish I could give Healthy Pediatrics more the 5 stars. I rarely post reviews, but I had to share my experience. Amazing staff, with exceptional service. Dr Ghaneian has always gone above and beyond answering my questions and concerns. Healthy Pediatrics is the gold standard for child care. Dr Ghaneian once met me in an emergency room when my 4 year old daughter burned her foot at a moments notice. I'm not sure how I would have survived that day with Dr Ghaneian's assistan

Based on experiences I’ve heard from others, I would NOT recommend this Doctor. Extremely rude and very inconsiderate when delivering any kind of news. It says a lot about an individuals character if she doesn’t show empathy to the concerns ohf you and your child.

Extremely unprofessional, was told they take walk ins from 9-10, I arrived at 9:20 and waiting until 12:00 to be seen by Dr. Atousa. She came in as if she was in a rush , talked over me. Was very rude. I wish she would of been more considerate, me being a concerned parent. She denied to look at any of my sons medical records I had brought& said ear infections & fever 102 isn’t serious. She was recommended by my own aunt that has her 5 kids with her & was very disappointed with the experience.

Great doctor she goes above and beyond for both my daughter's. Staff is super friendly.

We rescheduled an *appointment for our son with this office for the next day and CPS was at our door in 24hrs. CPS had a complaint about a "hypo" child not making it to his *app. Our son had recently been released from NICU. He stayed (4)days do to Hypoglycemia before being released with a CLEAN bill of health. After our visit from CPS we get to the *app. I confront Atousa about her concern and I'm told there is none, he just needed to make his *app?! Stay away! Don't chance Medical Kidnapping!

Dr Atousa Ghaneian is by far the best pediatrician I know! She is caring, affectionate, has excellent bedside manner with children PLUS she genuinely CARES. She has been my son's pediatrician for the last 2 years. We love her and wound NOT go elsewhere, she's simply amazing! I highly recommend her and HKP!

I did not feel comfortable with my child seeing this doctor - did not get the time nor attention deserved! I strongly recommend going elsewhere!

The staff were very rude and she seemed so rushed and unwilling to listen to our concerns. My child ended up having to go to the emergency room because she missed the diagnosis! Terrible doctor!! don't take your child there!!

Dr. Ghaneian is an excellent doctor. So far the best we have found in this town. She cares about our family and takes the time to explain things to us. She also takes the time to call us at home after hours to review any labs or check in on my kids which makes a big difference. When I do call the office and have questions she always calls us back. She is such a blessing that we found to care of our kids. We just love Dr. G!

My wife was there with my son 10/10/2016 and was seen by the Doctor and she said everything was fine. Long story short she missed his ear infection and bronchitis. Tried to set up an appointment after the ER visit and they said they couldn't see me. Since have changed doctors. Thanks for nothing.
