Agree with another review that indicates that he is young. Good bedside manners but his inexperience comes to surface during complex issues leaving the patient at a lost and feeling responsible for the treatment failure. Medical staff is not at par with what is expected from a reputable institution.

Refusal to give a simple renewal on my colostomy supplies prescription. Really!! Way to cause extreme stress in a stage IV cancer patient. Cannot believe the lack of follow-up care by this group. Now I can't get my supplies for the month and have to wait to see if my primary care physician will even do it. We need a special clause for supply orders that are non pharmaceutical that gives a longer time before a new script is needed.

My visit with Dr. Iqbal was a waste of time. In my opinion he thought my desires as stated were insignificant. He is young, I am not old but much older than he. He could not relate to what I was experiencing and instead of addressing the reason I made the appointment (which I expressed) he addressed his desires, not mine. His plan, even executed, would not have a positive effect on the issues I wanted to stop.
