Great Expertise
I came in for testing and thankfully everything went well. During the appointment I got a lot of information tossed at me. His purpose is to make sure I understood exactly what was going to happen and why. It was nice to meet Dr. Bashir and his staff.

He's a nice person
Dr. Bashir is a wonderful doctor who has helped my dad tremendously. He has a very reassuring manner and made sure to explain things in real talk and not doctor speak. He has earned our trust and respect throughout the years.

I met Dr. Bashir in the JFK emergency room. He has a great bedside manor and answered all my questions and made me feel relaxed about my chest pains. He will be my new cardiologist. I can give a 5 star rating on our meeting but will do a 4 for now and upgrade if necessary.

I was not handling my diabetes well and that was on me but not all on me. The doctor I was seeing never really took the time to completely explain things to me. He answered my questions as if he was talking to a colleague that spoke “doctor”. I just didn’t feel the level of care any patient deserves. All that has changed now that I am under Dr. Atif’s care. I am managing my diabetes much better now that I have more of an understanding as to why I am supposed to do what I am supposed to do.
