Doesn’t like her job
I never have left a bad review for anything, figuring people are doing their best. Dr Kumar is the exception. She seems like she doesn’t like her job. Or maybe she doesn’t like her patients? But normal questions are answered with irritation and condescension, as if by merely asking them you are challenging her expertise. Endocrinology is complicated. She failed to give much clarity. I do not recommend her services.

The worst doctor I've ever seen
Dr. Kumar is good at one thing: medical gaslighting. I try not to use buzzwords with sliding definitions, but in this case it's most fitting to my experience in her care. She repeatedly talked over me, she interrupted me, and she *tried* to finish my sentences and was completely incorrect at guessing what I was going to say, of course. I explained to her that I get symptoms when my TSH is high. I explained to her my digestive symptoms that were destroying my life for years before I was diagnosed and treated. She told me that this wasn't possible. I showed her a medical journal article explaining how thyroid problems can cause the very symptoms I was experiencing. She told me it wasn't relevant. Okay, and get this...she actually told me that the blood test results that I had didn't matter because I could be tested again another day and my TSH might be much lower. Wait, so if the test isn't actuate, why are you using the results to tell me that I'm fine? No logic, no empathy, no good.
