A very sudden acute abdominal pain sent me to the ER where I was diagnosed with a bowel obstruction. Dr. Bhatt surgically removed it along with all surrounding necrotic tissue, and resected it. Dr. Bhatt is not only a highly competent and extremely skilled surgeon, but she is also a terrific doctor in terms her outstanding bedside manner. She listened attentively to everything I had to say and, in terms easily comprehensible to the layman, willingly responded to all my questions and concerns. She patiently explained my problem and all potential treatments directly to me as well as in a post-surgical phone call to my distraught wife. Later, during a very pleasant followup office visit, Dr. Bhatt removed not only the staples that kept my incision closed, but also a catheter that was inserted by others who left me without any post-discharge information or instructions on what to do about it. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Bhatt and freely give her my highest recommendation.

This is a doctor I would highly recommend! My husband has some medical issues. We met her while my husband was in the hospital. She is compassionate, listens to her patients, and explains things thoroughly. What a breath of fresh air. She will tell you her concerns and explain in great detail without all the medical terminology so anyone could understand. She takes her time is and is very thorough.
