No laser, no dry eye treatment equipment
Dr. Aziz has a pleasant manner. Acquaintances who see him for glaucoma are pleased with him. However he does not have the latest equipment to evaluate and treat dry eye symptom, despite debilitating symptoms. He also is unable to do laser cataract surgery. He said I would have to pay more for toric lenses to treat astigmatism, even though I was barely astigmatic. He failed to say that the reason for this was that his use of a knife instead of laser would CREATE astigmatism. Therefore he would have charged to correct an issue he would have created. Had Aziz operated, he said I would need glasses for distance or reading. I chose to go to a laser cataract surgeon instead. I am 20/20, for both distance and close-up. I saw an ophthalmologist in a large practice with proper equipment, and now have managed dry eye symptoms.

Dr Aziz did a YAG procedure on my eye. A previous doctor did a bad job treating a condition such that I had no vision in my left eye. After Dr Aziz performed the YAG procedure I was able to see the same day. It was truly amazing. I also had extensive retina surgery by a retina specialist which left my eyes extremely dry. Dr Aziz did a punctal procedure that considerably improved my dry eye condition. He is very patient, kind, explains conditions and treatment well and extremely competent.

No, do not recommend due to poor communication Dr. Aziz's office manager, Bonnie was contacted to schedule surgery. Instead Bonnie sent me a certified letter that I was dismissed for D Aziz care. I am terribly hurt as I am a Registered Nurse and I need surgery. I can only hope that Dr Aziz reads this post. Judy Pickart.

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Aziz for 6 years and find him to be kind, thorough and an excellent physician. My husband had both cataract surgeries with him and has had perfect results and care. Highly recommend. The only downside is that his office is very small and cramped. The upside is that it is a single story with convenient parking.

Been seeing the doctor for years. Loved him. Staff is rude, unprofessional and always make billing errors. Had an issue with my glasses. Waited a month and basically was kicked out because I insisted on seeing a tech to check my eyes again as doctor promised or have the doctor explain why I could not. He wouldn't listen and didn't care. Horrible experience!

Office staff was rude when I was trying to make an appt. They lost records that had to be faxed twice, often the phone was not answered but went to a message system. They seemed very uncaring towards their patients.

Dr. Aziz is a wonderful doctor, however a member of his staff was very rude to me on the phone. So much so I will not go back to this doctor, even though I have been seeing him for a number of years. She insinuated that I was not telling the truth about a situation. I was, and she was covering up!

Extremely wonderful doctor in all respects. He removed my extremely thick cataracts perfectly with added complication of my eyes not dilating enough for the procedure. An added plus is his comforting personality. Fantastic staff as well. Highly recommend.

Dr. Aziz is knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, patient and highly recommended! He treated both my eyes for cataracts several years ago. I'm seeing so much better and don't need my coke-bottle eyes glasses. Based on my wonderful experience with the doctor and his staff, my husband, who has diabetes, started coming to Dr. Aziz as well. We are both impressed with his care.

Dr. Aziz performed my cataract surgery flawlessly. If you're going blind you shouldn't consider seeing (ha!) anyone else. Heck, if you've got an hour to kill just go hang out. Great atmosphere, cool staff, epic stories.
