We started going to Doctor Sadiq pre-pandemic, and even then the service was questionable. Front office staff was and still is not very good. Phone calls were hardly ever returned. Then the pandemic hit. Only recently have we tried to schedule a call, or an in person appointment. No one ever answers the phone, so voice messages are left. We would hear nothing from the office then get an email about an appointment less than 24 hours before the appointment. Not enough time adjust our schedules, so we call to try to reschedule and it is always a recorded message. We leave a number, and never hear back. This has been going on for 6 months. At this point we have decided to move on to find a more dependable doctor that has the adequate staff to meet our needs. The wait to get an appointment for a developmental pediatrician is a long one, but I feel we have better chance of getting that appointment sooner than waiting for a phone call back from Doctor Sadiq, or her staff.
