Rude & Appointment Moved Without Knowledge
Went to this office in January due to medical event, met with Aslam Khan who was very unpleasant, cut you off while speaking to him, and was a terrible communicator. Scheduled an Echo stress test for February with multiple calls & texts to confirm. On the day of the appointment I called the office as a courtesy due to running 5 minutes late for my appointment that was in 30 minutes only to be told that I didn’t have an appointment that day that it was for April 2nd. If I could, I would submit photos showing my confirmations. The lady who answered the phone couldn’t care less and was dismissive. Needless to say, I cancelled the April appointment and will never be back.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR
I WANTED TO GIVE HIM MINUS IF I HAD THE OPTION. MY MOM WENT TO THE HOSPITAL IN TAMARAC FLORIDA AND THIS DOCTOR WAS THERE TO SEE HER. SHE WENT TO THE RESTROOM TO CHANGE HER CLOTHES AND THE DOCTOR DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK HE ENTERED THE RESTROOM WITHOUT HER PERMISSION. DIDN'T EVEN SAY SORRY. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO WAIT OUTSIDE OR CALL THE NURSE. HORRIBLE STUPID MAN. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THUS DOCTOR. WE COMPLAINED ABOUT HIM IN THE HOSPITAL.

Arrogance or Incompetence
A Doctors failure to manage their schedule so patients are not subject to excessive wait times is one or the other. Without apology I have been forced to wait over 30 minutes for routine tests twice in a row. So upset by the time I was called my blood pressure was excessive and the tests probably worthless.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Khan. He is very kind and is one of those old fashioned doctors that actually talks to the patient (not to the computer screen). He always makes sure I understand why I am taking my medications and how they will help me feel better. His office staff is very nice and helpful, too!

Dr. Khan is hands down the best cardiologist that I've ever been to. He explains everything until he is sure that I fully understand it. He always has the time to answer all of my questions. He goes above and beyond by not only explaining my disease state but he educates me on making better life choices that will improve my entire health. His office is always pleasant and they are willing to fit me into the schedule quickly if I have an urgent concern.

The arrogance of Dr. Khan is troublesome. My 96 year old mother was in the hospital and required a cardiac consult. She requested Dr. Khan call my husband who works in a primary care setting in Oregon, to obtain the conclusions of his evaluation. He refused to call. Providing important information to an elderly woman is unacceptable as she requested the information be provided to her son-in-law. I would never recommend this unprofessional doctor to anyone. There is no excuse for his behavior
