Piece of…..
Telehealth
Seriously a horrible “person” not even going to say a psychiatrist. Does not have any compassion or empathy for anyone. Very cold, non-responsive or has no idea of the actual clients history. He pushes medication and medication switches without knowing any reactions or issues with the complete change of brain chemistry. There are no questions or concerns for the client, it’s very “I’m better than you” attitude and just because you have a degree or the initials behind your name doesn’t mean you are capable to do what you do to people. People need HELP not a hierarchy opinion. Someone take his license and let him live off of our insurance money.

Worst, Most Unprofessional, and Uncaring Ever.
Telehealth
Very Unprofessional and Uncaring. Bills Insurance for full sessions when he only give you 3-4 minutes of his time. If he can't figure out how to help, he BLAMES THE PATIENT. He is a one dimensional thinker. If he hits a roadblock he says the problem is due to the patient. He is in it for the money only. He is so rude I think he needs to see a psychiatrist to figure out his problems. Stay away from this guy. He will make your problem worse.

Dr Rana is rude. He is not a very good Dr. Over a period of several years, his teenage patient missed 2 appointments. Instead of wondering and caring about why the young girl missed 2 appointments, he Fired the patient. She missed her appointment because his treatment wasn’t working!

He pushed excess pills and had no bedside manner and told me I would be depressed in a few months when I said I am off all antidepressants. Plus after recovering from a broken leg and said I was exhausted he would not refill a prescription without coming to his office. I came and he still did not send in the prescription I asked for. He also never really listened to my issues.

Dr. Rana is considerate and caring. He always wants to know how you are doing and helps you to get better using all means necessary. Some Psychiatrists just prescribe meds like a McDonalds of psychiatry; like going through a drive thru for meds. Dr. Rana is different. He genuinely cares about your well-being. I highly recommend him.

VERY GOOD DR RANA IS EASY TO WORK WITH, AND HE IS BY THE BOOK NO NONSENSE DR. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I HAVE TO MENTION IS COMING IN EVERY TWO WEEKS VS ONCE A MONTH IS EXTREMELY INCONVINENT.

I have been seeing Dr. Rana for one year this April, and the experience has been life changing. I was struggling with opioid addiction for three years prior to seeking alternative options, and the Suboxone treatment I've received since beginning my meetings with Dr. Rana have paved a way for long term recovery. He is thorough in his visits to make sure I am in good mental and physical health, and the monthly group meetings with Danielle have been more impactful than any experience I've had with Narcotics Anonymous meetings in the past. I plan on continuing treatment with Dr. Rana as long as he sees fit.

Dr. Rana is the single worst dr. I have ever met in my life. He is dismissive, arrogant, unfeeling & irresponsible. When I asked him to spell the name of a drug he was recommending for my 14 year old daughter who is suffering from depression, his response was "I don't have time for that as your insurance is not paying me enough." I was shocked. I asked him if he would speak to the therapist she's been seeing for 7 mths & he refused that as well. He's awful and made her feel worse. stay away.

Definitely not recommended for children or adolescents. My adolescent said "he doesn't even seem to care about me as a person, asks all the same questions without really showing interest and seems like he just wants money." A teen said that! If you're looking for med mgt. only and don't care about making a connection with him, or a connection to school and family, then maybe. Some drs are quirky, but good. I never had a good feeling about this office.

There are some people who get into psychiatry to help others, Dr. Rana is not one of those people. The only thing he is concerned with is making money. I would not suggested him to my worst enemy. Extremely unprofessional. As a new patient, I wasn't aware of what my copay was going to be, so I didn't have a credit card on me. He cancelled my appointment, and told me he doesn't do charity work. I told him I could pay him the next day, and he didn't care. Go to a doctor that cares.
