She gave me a steriod injection in the Achilles Tendon which I have now found out is pretty much never recommended due to high risk of tendon rupture. Second, I told her very specifically I do not take strong NSAID's because of the stroke and heart attack risks associated. She left before the appointment was over and I never saw here again. She did send in a prescription for me that was Toradol. A VERY strong NSAID that has the highest risk for stroke and heart attack. I will not be back.

I had one office visit with her and she was nice and took her time, however, when I went back two weeks later for the follow up appointment she was over an hour late and I was still waiting. I had something else I had to go do and could not be late for, so I just had to leave. I will not go back. I don't mind 15-30 minutes behind schedule but not an hour. My time is important too.

Loved Dr. Jackson and her staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and dr Jackson was very professional, informational and my procedure was done quickly and efficiently with no complications. Our family will see her for all of our feet needs:)
