Doctor elsacar has kept me alive since 2000 when I had my first heart attack. He's done all the procedures. I need keep myself alive. It's very professional, very straightforward, and very, very good.

There is no better doctor around!
Dr Elsakr is knowledgeable, beyond skilled, compassionate, diligent, personable, etc…basically everything you could ask for in a doctor. He just performed a procedure on me, and even came to the hospital at almost 11pm to check on me. Typically I find that with the higher level of skill, the lower the level of ‘bedside manner’, and that is completely NOT TRUE when it comes to Dr E. He listens, he doesn’t rush, he shows you how important you are with how diligent he is. The staff is awesome too. Yes, you may have to wait in his office…yes, you may see a tech and then a PA before he comes in. But this isn’t McD’s drive through! This is your heart! And each step is focused on you, so I truly don’t get any criticism that has to do with a wait. I am blessed to have found him.

No call back
Front office staff very rude. Dropped off my referral paperwork 2 weeks ago and told that they were very busy and give them over a week to get a call back. It's now been 2 weeks and no call. I'll be looking for another doctor.

What a joke he is
Horrible! My heart rate in his office was almost 300. He asked me if it happen before. I told him Christmas Day. He was angry because I did not call him Christmas Day. He said I should find another Cardiologist. Then I received a letter that he discharged me. Did not need a discharge letter, I was NEVER going back to see him.. Horrible attitude.

5 years of excellent service
Dr. Esakr has been my cardiologist for 5 years and I recommend him highly. He is the only cardiologist (been to 6) that every visit discusses diet and exercise as well as my health. He is known to be a doctor that doesn't mess around. To me that is his best quality. Dr. Elsakr truly cares about your well being and will serve you with the best of his ability and intentions which are exstensive. Excellent office and support staff as well.

I had my first visit yesterday with Dr. Elsakr, and the entire visit took nearly 3 hrs. but it was worth the wait. The Dr. is extremely through and takes his time with you. Explains everything so I could understand it. He has a wonderful sense of humor!! He made me feel very secure and trust in him 100%. I left the office feeling blessed !!!!

This experienced cardiologist has the talent anyone would want caring for them or their loved ones and their heart conditions. I’ve never known any physician work with a waiting room full of patients until such late hours. I know why they choose to be there! I have referred people to him and they have received the lifesaving care he is capable of .... great doctor and human being. Wish they let me give him 10 stars!

Met in hospital and two office visits. Waited 90 minutes in office and then 60 minutes in exam room on first appointment. No warning or explanation that he was behind schedule. Second appointment, waiting room filled with patients waiting more than an hour. Very arrogant, acts like patient should revere him. He doesn't like to answer questions or interact with patient. Avoids eye contact with patient.

Dr. Elsakr is very devoted to his patients. He came to visit my mom in the hospital after hours, even as late as 11 pm in an emergency. He is very knowledgeable, spends time with his patients, and has a respectful sense of humor.
