Dr. Ashley Bufe, MD

In a world where doctors are known to only spend five minutes with their patients, Dr. Bufe consistently answers all of my questions, with patience and kindness. On top of that she’s super knowledgeable. Any issues we have had with our children, she has helped us manage in a supporting and caring way. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bufe practices excellent evidence based medicine with a friendly, practical and child-centered approach. We are so happy to have her as our daughter’s pediatrician!

Dr. Bufe always spends time with us making sure we have time to ask questions without makingn me feel rushed. My kids feel so comfortable with her. She is always up to date on latest research and recommendations. We live kind of far from the office now but it is still worth it to go see Dr. Bufe. She provides the best care to my grown 6yo babies.

My daughter loves Dr. Bufe. She is always positive, explains everything so my daughter understands, and takes whatever time is needed.

We saw Dr. Bufe for several years. Last time, she was almost an hour late to our appointment. When I mentioned it, she instantly replied by telling me that the other doctor is taking new patients if we prefer timeliness over a doctor that takes their time with patients. I thought that was outrageously rude and inconsiderate, not only of us as patients, but also of her colleague by implying that her care is superior. Additionally, she missed several diagnosis that were linked to signs we mentioned to her over the years (ie. gas — lactose intolerant, behavior — ASD and generalized anxiety).We left the practice.

Thorough sick visit - great bedside manner, incorporated our child, talked through all our questions

We visited the office for a same day sick visit and saw Dr Bufe as our primary pediatrician was out. She engaged my kids wonderfully and also answered several concerns not directly related to the current complaint (very much appreciated but not expected).

Dr. Bufe has a wonderful bedside manner and is incredible with children. She always takes time to answer questions, no matter how tedious or silly. And she follows up on care without request. We are so grateful we found her!
