Patience is a virtue !!!! While getting my son adjusted to a new Dr. after having the same one since birth is not an easy task. Dr.Fatmi and his PA were excellent and very cautious given all the meds my son needs, How ever his front office staff leaves a lot to be desired, when a parent calls in and has questions and you are being rushed off the phone and you try to speak and all you get is I got , I got it! and then hung up on ! all before you could even finish your sentence . really puts a person in a very defensive mood! Do Better! we know you are busy and we are not the only one needing assistance , but treat everyone as though they are the only one there for that short time!!!!!! again DO B ETTER! Always efficient and very correct on each diagnosis. Office staff are pleasant and effective. Never had a wait of more than 20 minutes to be seen. Will always recommend them.

The office is dirty and the staff is unprofessional. I went in for a simple circumcision and he totally botched it up. Took way too much on one side and left it looking very messed up. My pediatrician even said "well it's not the best I've seen" when I expressed my concern. The most interesting part of the whole experience is that the office would only take cash for the circumcision. I would definitely never go back to this office again.

When my husband and I first walked into the office For a circumcision I immediately felt like we should leave. The office was not clean, the staff was unorganized and uninterested, and did not use basic, proper health procedures. When I told them I was there for the circumcision, they were unaware that that was what I was there for, even though I had an appointment. When I went to pay, they said that they only take cash for circumcisions, and pulled down a small, sketchy lockbox from the shelf.

He has a previous drug user that does not have custody of her own children that has been arrested several times you can google her name and see 5 mugshots at least when I told them about it out of concern I was yelled at and hung up on instead of trying to reassure me that it would ncomcompromise welfare of the children

The doctor only takes a minute to ask questions and discharge you with a diagnosis. He doesn't start a conversation or go deep into what is wrong with the child.
