When a doctor orders a test twice and her staff does not get back to the patient after leaving voicemails after voicemails this doctor and staff gets a big fat f for failure!

Not great phone experience but great office experience and Dr Iyer is the best

This has been the worst and most disrespectful experience that my mother has had to face. First, the staff doesn’t take your call even though you keep trying multiple times while leaving voicemails after voicemails that they are supposed to return(which they never did) and then after 20 tries when they finally answer, they talk rudely with you and hang up without answering your questions. My mother has been trying to get an appointment with Dr. Iyer through telemedicine for a serious medical concern (that it seems the doctor has no regard for) and when she finally does, she does not get an email for the link that the office claims they sent. So she ends up waiting for the call which never came through and when we tried to call back, the receptionist rudely hangs up the phone. This has happen multiple times and it has been the most difficult experience navigating through these staff members that are ‘hired to help the patients’.
