Impossible to get through to speak to someone. When I finally got through, the receptionist was so rude. She had an attitude that made it feel as if I was a their mercy. When I finally did speak so someone, they asked me for referrals (I have a PPO) that I didn't need and made me jump through hoops that I later found that I didn't have to. Disappointed, with Dr. Hakim staff, they seemed over worked and were rude. During my appt. I left specific message for follow-up with the staff for Dr. Hakim. They had no record of my message for follow-up. I didn't feel comfortable with Dr. Hakim. My impression that I was just another patient.

Couldn't imagine a more caring, competent, and attentive doctor than Dr. Hakim. Also, his staff is amazing and I've never had a problem finding parking, getting appointments or referrals to specialists.
