She has a kind demeanor, and is very easy to communicate with. She is by far my favorite doctor I have ever had. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr, Bautista has been my primary care provider for years and she is very caring, practical helpful with my medical concerns. She accommodates my walk - in appointments. She has gone above and beyond to be sure that my health and wellness have been a priority all the time.

I had been waiting on this appointment that I desperately needed for about a week. The office looks so gross and dirty and the nurse greeted me at the front with no mask. I asked if they where masks and she said it was optional. It is NOT optional in medical settings according to the CDC. I said I didn't want to be treated by them if they weren't going to wear masks and she said "Ok" and walked away. This is abhorrent, disgusting behavior by medical "professionals". How could I possibly trust you to take care of my health if you don't believe in basic science and keeping your patients healthy? What a joke.

Horrible practice. They care NOTHING about patient care. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They rush you, dont address your issues and you wait MONTHS for an referral. They NEVER answer the phone or return calls, and they lie and say they did. You wait 45 mins just to be rushed out after 2 mins

Dr. Bautista was assigned to my husband in Grossmont Hospital, she NEVER examined him, NEVER discussed his medical history and NEVER spent more than 3 minutes with him. Horrible bed side manner and lack of ethics and professionalism. We had to submit a formal complaint to Grossmont Hospital because of her lack of care. Sent him home with incorrect instructions which could have caused SERIOUS healthy issues, but thankfully our primary doctor caught it in time.
