I never got to meet the doctor, since I had to cancel the appointment. I needed a colonoscopy, but was told by Aetna that they would not cover it. I later got a call from Dr. Chiu's office that they had called my insurance & told me I COULD get it if I paid them at least $543, that I could pay them half & make payments on the rest, so I rescheduled. I am retired & barely scraping by & realized I couldn't even afford half of that at the time, hoping I could get it done at PFD time. When I cancelled the appointment I was told I had to pay a $75 cancellation fee! Not once while in contact with them previously was I told about a cancellation fee. The lady actually said, "well, it's cheaper than $543". The doctor may be great, but at least part of her staff stinks!

Dr. Chiu and her staff are wonderful. They took time to listen to my healthcare needs and were very thorough. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

Tried to charge me $50 for records (only 2 sheets of paper). Luckily my normal doctor also had a copy. Working with Dr. Chiu was easy and she did take the time to explain things.
