Dr. Arup Sarkar, MD

I had an issue with my wrist, the dr ordered an xray, when i received the results I called the dr office since I had heard nothing. I got a call from a nurse not the dr telling me its just arthritis. And i would just have to live with it. No follow up appt. but he happily charged me for an office visit and I didn't even see the Dr. She said i would have to make another appt if i wanted to talk to him.

Dr Sarkar alway takes time to listen to me and address all my issues, he has been the best Dr that I have had in a very long time

My visits have been easy to schedule and timely. The staff are quick and efficient. Dr. Sarkar is busy but takes the time to listen to my concerns. I have received excellent treatment from Dr. Sarkar and his staff!

my last visit was great. He did give me some results. I’m not happy with, but that’s my health. The doctor is excellent. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and I enjoy going to that office and especially to see Dr Sarkar. He knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Sarkar is awesome. My mother is grateful to have a doctor that knows what he is doing. Thanks for always taking your time to explore the smallest detail for your patient. Truly means a lot. You truly care for your patients. Great care. Great manners. This world need more doctors like you. Medical office is clean, nice staff, and amazed by professionalism. Great care overall!!!!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Sarkar. He is a very caring person and gives his full attention to you when talking to him. His staff is very friendly and caring also.

First time meeting him, he made me feel veey comfortable. He was through in my evaluation. Very pleasant individual. Gets right to business and listens. Genuinely wants to help you with great understanding. I didn't feel like he put me in box. I've been looking for a kind and compassionate doctor. One that understands real life, and doesn't play God with your comfort. I highly recommend him.

He is very professional and caring. He makes sure you understand what he is doing and thoroughly explains your results. Asks if you have any questions. All around great doctor.

I’ve never met someone with such poor bedside manner. I’ve been a nurse for fifteen years. I was referred to Dr. Sarkar by a friend after I was suffering from issues with my stomach. He would never say hello, address me by name, or even asking me how I was feeling. I’d often need to prompt him And inquire about lab results he himself had ordered during past appointments. I felt like I was on an assembly line. He’d zip into the room. Look at the labs. Offer a treatment. On this last occasion I was having some problems with one of the medications he prescribed for an ulcer. It was a known side effect of the medication and when I brought it up and how it was making me feel he promptly swore at me, called me stupid, and told me I was wrong. He then proceeded to throw a tantrum and ignored any further concerns I raised about my treatment. Feedback from patients is critical in determining treatment. Beware a doctor that belittles you for speaking up.

I'm 29 & my name is Steven Rousseau i started as a patient of Dr. Sarkars when i was 19 years old and he is very caring and trustworthy my kids have gone here since they were born Dr. Bridgett & Dr. Jill are awesome pediatricians there great with kids, my wife also has been going there since she was 18 she's 29. Susan is awesome tbh all the nurses are very nice. Gerchan from the physical therapy part of the building is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this doctor ive never had such a good doctor.

Wonderful doctor! He is very thorough, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Sarkar and the NP's who work there are fine but the office staff is either not well organized or under-staffed. Scheduling for services outside of the facility is very slow, even with a dire health concern. Staff seem accustomed to using the excuse that they are busy when you express concern at the amount of time it's taking. No concern is shown for a patient experiencing pain or worsening symptoms. Very lackadaisical and apathetic office/support staff. Could be a dangerous mix.

Our family has had Dr. Sarkar as our family physician for several years now. Great morale around the office with light heartedness and pleasant attitudes. He is very good with his diagnosis and genuinely cares about his patients. We are very fortunate to have such a jewel in our little town.

Disrespectful, rude, callus. I could go on and on. My family member was in his care, when my mom went to ask questions concerning his care, this ....I cant refer to him as a man nor doctor... Sarkar pointed to my Mom and told her to "SHUT UP!" and continued to antagonize my family. I have never seen nor heard of a so called doctor behaving this way, and he needs to be stopped! He doesn't care about people, and you need to have compassion doing this type of work, which he doesn't!

He was completely unprofessional and humiliating!
