Been suffering from severe lower back pain and been expediting treatment. Initially visits with Longstreet were extended but have improved significantly since completing my MRI. Dr. Jacob and he department have been very responsive and currently scheduling surgery.

This was my first visit to Dr. Jacob. I went there actually for him to give me his opinion on my cervical neck problem. He looked at the MRI and went over it with me in detail. And then he suggested that I have the pain shot because I am in pain quite often. I was able to see the doctor with in 10 minutes of arriving at the office. Everything was just perfect.

Dr. Jacob seems very knowledgeable, nice and caring. The only thing he needs to do is speak louder. I am hard of hearing and didn't understand a good portion of what he said. He is very nice and cares which is rare these days!

Dr. Jacob and staff were very courteous and Dr. Jacob explained my test results, etc and answered my questions very thoroughly. He reassured me I definitely did not need surgery at this time and I understood completely why. My visit made me feel very reassured and would definitely come back to Dr. Jacob again. I definitely trusted his recommendations.
