WARNING!!! Urgent need of pain management, DO NOT go to Duke pain clinic. Arun Ganesh, MD at Duke Pain Clinic afraid of my service dog stood at the door. No physical exam, medical diagnoses, treatment plan, x-ray, MRI or pain management for a fall with severe neck injury/damage January 4, 2018 on ice landing headfirst on concrete. Instead, he jumped right in to order an expensive exploratory Nerve Block procedure having no idea where the injury was or If the neck was broken.
