The pharmacy and I both contacted his office for 9 days prior to the prescription refill. He never responded. The medical assistant doesn't return calls. I went to hem for 10 years plus and had to wait at least an hour at each visit. I won't go back.

Dr Arturo Bravo is an excellent G.I
I would like to apologize to Dr Bravo for what I did posted about his staff a couple years ago, I know I was in a extremely pain about my gallbladder, and I wanted to asked him or he's nurse about any suggestions or recommendations about a Dr who come give me a Surgery on my gallbladder, but he's staff took to long that I had to take matters in to my own hands. I would like to know if he can take me back into he's care. I have not been able to find another Doctor like him, I was his patient for almost 15 years, and I do asked for forgiveness.

Dr. Bravo would not return my calls after I asked him to please call in a prescription for a diverticulitis flare up. I had to suffer all weekend because he could not be bothered to help. Do not go to this doctor as he is uncaring and unprofessional.

I’ve seen Dr.Bravo for a few months now and I don’t ow how much positive there is to say about both him and his clinical staff. They are apathetic, non responsive, and at times, rude. I’ve gotten no help, but just costly test after costly test with no answers. Anytime I call and ask a question or for guidance, I am told to go to the ED. When I express my frustration, retaliation is present. Wait times are over an hour even when you’re the first or last patient

Poor time management. If you set an appointment for 3:00pm then you should be seen then. Even being seen at 315pm might be acceptable. Having to wait over an hour after your appointment has been scheduled is not only unacceptable but it is very unprofessional. I would understand if it was every once in a while that this happened but it is every time. Is thelady in charge of scheduling over scheduling the appointments on purpose? My time is valuable and it is very ridiculous for it to be wasted because of poor time management.

He does not explain anything, appointments are rushed and he will recommend a colonoscopy and EGD for any little thing. I wouldn't recommend this doctor

Dr. Bravo performed colonoscopies on me in 2015 and again in 2017. I have found him personally to be very kind and caring, as well as capable in his field. However, I have had numerous bad experiences involving the business/administrative side of his office regarding appointments, communications and prescriptions, and insurance/payment. The manner in which I was treated today by one staff member in particular has led me to choose not to pursue further treatment with Dr. Bravo and he is aware.

I called this office to schedule a routine colonoscopy. During my visit I was asked so many questions. I came to the conclusion that the doctor was trying to file the insurance claim as a 'diagnostic' procedure! Which, my coverage does not pay at 100%. As suspected that is exactly what he did. So, make sure you tell Dr. Bravo you are there for a 'ROUTINE' colonoscopy or he will twist your words making it look as if it is diagnostic procedure. Which, pays himself more by your insurance carrier.
