Dr. Rosenthal is a pro! He took the time to explain every detail on several reports that had been faxed to him on my behalf. He is a very gentle and wonderful person. He puts you at ease with gentle personality.

Dr. Rosenthal guided me through two breast cancers with perfect results. He is an expert in his field and deserves every bit of the superb reputation that he enjoys. He is accurate, caring, and excels in explaining medical conditions to patients in plain English. In addition, his office staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind and have been with him for decades. It is very comforting to see the same faces at each visit and avoid the staff and nurse turnover that some doctors' offices have.

Only use this doctor if you don't care what your scar looks like. He repaired a recurrent hernia for me with mesh a few years ago. My belly now bulges (I look 5 months pregnant) and I have what appears to be a SECOND belly button. When I mentioned the horrible scar at my two month follow up, he suggested I buy a bathing suit "with the piece of material right there" and pointed to his mid section. His EXACT words. I would never recommend this physician for surgery. I feel that he did an awful job on my right mastectomy. When I had follow up with him; I voiced my concerns that I was uncomfortable and couldn't put any undergarments on. HIs response was "my job is done" but offered to refer me to a plastic surgeon. If I needed a plastic surgeon for a breast removal why didn't he say that in the beginning!?! Pl found him very callous, abrupt and uncaring.
