DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH DR. ARTHUR JACOBS; HE WILL 100% WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. I had one very simple antidepressant that I needed prescribed that I've been taking for the past 3 years. Did a phone session with him, and he was to send me my prescription at the end of the session (took down my pharmacy information, dosage, and whatnot). 3 WEEKS LATER of constantly calling him, calling his receptionist, texting his receptionist, etc, he STILL HAD NOT SENT the medication. Even after being told 2 weeks ago that I've been out and need more. Countless "hes going to send it soon, dont worry" until I just gave up. Three and a half weeks later, I am told that he sent the prescription. I go to pick it up, and find that HE SENT THE WRONG MEDICATION. Instead of apologizing for sending my prescription three weeks late and then SENDING ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION, they start telling me to "watch my tone" as clearly at this point I am extremely frustrated. Do not go to Dr. Jacobs for your care//ps
