Great Doctor
he was the best . i saw him at least 4 times a yr. for 10 yrs. but he retired. i believe he was the last dr in tri cities with a backbone and a brain. today the medical community is a bad joke.

Dr Cain is the very best primary care physician I ever had. I have not been able to replace him since we moved to another state. He has great bedside manner and we truly miss him dearly. Love this man.

Dr CAIN has been my doctor for years and is one of the best Doctors there are. When Doctor CAIN retires it will be a sad day for his patience. He puts allot of time and effort into his patience that you don’t see anymore.
