This office is terrible.
I called the office three times to confirm my appointment because the Dr had told me that the procedure I was having was completed on Mondays. I was give a Tuesday appointment and I questioned it but was told I was fine with the Tuesday appointment. I called back 2 additional times to confirm and during the second call the woman stated “you have an eye exam not a procedure “ so she corrected it. I again called back to confirm this appointment (2/13) and I was told I was fine. I arrive today and they don’t have me scheduled. DISASTER !

Need a definite answer about sticky eyelashes
Cataract surgery seemed to go well in June & Aug 2022 My eyelashes have a sticky residue and Dr. Belson tells me HOW to clean them but not WHY this occurs or how long the stickiness will continue After applying make-up in the morning, I do not want to douse the eyes with a wet cloth a few times a day to get rid of the stickiness

First and last appointment. Will never go back. Assembly line care. No one, including the physician introduced themselves. Staff and physician, alike, were rude, brusque and seemingly unaware that they are providing care for other human beings! Incompetent as well. Had transferred records from another State. Never reviewed by this provider or staff. The technician thought that my husband was wearing contact lenses, when in fact, he had undergone previous cataract surgery.

First his tech put drops in my eyes and dropped them all over my face. Asked why I did not bring glasses, I was told not to and she was rude about it. If the tech is an indicator of surgeon, I’ll need a second opinion. Been going here 8 years, never ever had an issues. Worn glasses since I was 3, never treated this poorly in my life.

Dr. Nelson told me I would need glasses after cataract surgery because I had lasik years ago, but that I would see fine with glasses. I cannot see in my right eye even with glasses and I cannot read at all with corrective glasses in my right eye. I will never get the cataract removed from my left eye because I will never be able to read again. He never mentioned anything about having an unsatisfactory result.
