Didn't care and forced to take action
I presented with many symptoms to Dr. Reddy in Winter of 2022. Numbness, tingling and severe pain in both hands that caused me to drop silverware, not sleep and cry in pain. Also I started having what I called fatigue issues. I would eat and then immediately get very sleepy, feel drugged out and have to lay down. She had blood work taken ($2400 btw) and then nothing. When I followed up I was told by PA, via voicemail, to eat yogurt. Not satisfied I called and talked to PA directly she told me to eat oatmeal. (both of which I already did). I was not satisfied and finally I demanded that Dr. Reddy meet with me. Friday evening video call with her and after some discussion she says "I really don't know what's wrong with you" . I told her she is the DR., she should at LEAST refer me. Reluctantly she sent me to Neurology. Turns out I had severe carpel tunnel that needed surgery in both hands and the fatigue is possibly diabetes but Columbia NY Presbyterian Hospital has yet to help.

Terrific Professional
Recently, I had a new patient physical from Dr. Reddy. I found the whole practice to be very professional, including the physicians assistant, Diana is her name I believe. Dr Reddy was very professional, knowledgable, supportive and encouraging. She has a human approach to her practice which I found refreshing. She did not just recite observations about my weight or blood pressure but she had very helpful suggestions about how to maintain health. She made me feel like a human being, not a statistic. The last time I had a full physical (from a different practice outside NYC) it was good but not at Dr Reddy's level. My wife is a patient of Dr. Reddy and she highly encouraged me to see Dr. Reddy. I'm glad I did!
