Dr. Arnold Zuckman, DPM

My first appointment with the doctor was disappointing but not insurmountable. They have a cold unfriendly, demeanor. Dismissive of my issued. Made rude assumptions. Had to make several appointments due to ineffective care. I completed all the tests they requested. They then refused to send the prescription they were aware was needed unless I made a 3rd appointment. Staff is unfriendly. My PCP finally handled the issue. I have since made.complaints to Yale Patient Advocates were prpactive in hearing my concerns. Would not recommend.

I visited this doctor five years ago to treat pain in my feet. His response was to hit my feet many times. The result was shattered ligaments in the joints, ruptured tendons, crushed nerve fibers and complex regional pain syndrome. My advice is to file complaints with the Department of Public Health and the police if you have also been a pain victim. Only if victims go the authorities can the public be protected.

Dr. Zuckman was very uninformative and brief. He made unprofessional and offensive comments regarding my health and was overall extremely unpleasant.
