I was treated by Dr. Samuels for a number of years for depression and anxiety stemming from childhood traumas. The fact that I am alive and flourishing now is as a direct result of his excellent care. When he felt that I needed medication, we discussed it, at length and in detail. I felt entirely free to make my own decision about it and that he would have supported whatever I chose. Every step of my therapy helped me to become more of the person I was meant to be; many times it was hard won but his great manner and thoughtful insights helped me move forward. A great doctor and a wonderful human being - what more could you ask for?

I survived this dangerous doctor. It is troubling that their Antidepresssents and Antipsychotic meds he dishes out here are the very cause of the symptoms themselves, especially as you try to come off them. Just like the opioid crisis, psychotropic drugs are also misleading and dangerous as are the "professionals" who give them out without warning you of the high risks involved and strong probabilities of poor outcomes, including insomnia, akethesia, homicidal/suicidal thoughts and actions, etc, They are also linked to the mass shootings across our country. These poisons disrupt your neurons and poison your mind and body. I will Keep sharing my experience to warn others and continue to sue the reckless doctors and pharmaceutical companies who harm the public.
