ER VISIT FOR CHEST PAIN
My husband was experiencing chest pain for 4 days. So we decided to go to the closest ER at Delnor. They did a cardiac workup on him and we were thankful everything came back normal. However, That still doesn't explain why he is experiencing this right-sided chest, abdominal pain. We saw Dr. Audry initially he was great! Super professional and did a complete workup. However, he went home for the day and this ER Dr Delmundo took over his care. He spent about 30 seconds with us while standing between the door ( he didn't even bother coming into the room). He was about to leave. As I had mentioned a US abdomen was also ordered please give us the results of that imaging before leaving. oops, I guess he didn't read the chart and missed that part. He seemed rushed. We felt like he could have done a better job at explaining the US results. Poor bedside manner. 4 hours visit and 4,000 dollars later. We probably will not be returning to Delnor. We’d prefer to avoid providers like him.

I have 3 chronic pain diseases so I visit the ER several times a year unfortunately (for 10 yrs and 3-4 diff hospitals depending on where I live or am at the time severe pain strikes...Whenever I see Dr. Del Mundo, I feel so much relief. His bedside manner is the best I’ve ever witnessed. He always communicates so clearly and nicely. After relieving my pain, he still makes sure that I’m feeling fine to go home. He is truly one of the best doctors ever!! I wish he could be my primary doctor.

Dr DelMundo treated me back in October in the ER and took wonderful care of me. I was in horrible shape & felt nothing but comfortable with the high level of care I received. He did a good job keeping me informed of what was happening and has a great bedside manner.

I had some concerns with an elevated heart rate, and Dr. del Mundo did a fantastic job administering the necessary tests to make sure everything was okay. He communicated in a friendly, humorous, non-condescending fashion. Exceptional experience - I left feeling informed and gracious.
