Horrible inept office staff
Dr ok but he recommended surgery and scheduler never called back after a month+ despite repeated calls and messages. No regard for my time or my issue I will go elsewhere!

Disrespectful & Unprofessional
No consideration for patient’s time and somehow doesn’t understand that everyone can hear him speaking rudely about patients behind a door. The staff was obviously embarrassed by his behavior and lack of professionalism. Yikes.

This is the 2nd time I make an Appt holding for 30mns+…and each time, I give it a couple of days, they cancel it for a reason or another! So frustrating, I’m done!

Dr. J explained everything to me regarding my tonsillectomy. I went to see him since I kept getting frequent tonsil infections. He was the definition of a physician. He didn’t rush any of my appointments and listened to everything I had to say and all answered all my concerns. Before and after surgery he made sure I was comfortable. I wish had more ENT issues so I can go van to see him. Thank you Dr. J!!!

Dr Jadidian was very professional and diagnosed my problem accurately. The surgery was successful and completely painless. I feared the Post Op visit but again completely painless. I had heard of such unpleasant experiences from other people with my problem that I was not wanting it done. The right facility and doctor made a world of difference.

I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment and surgery performed by Dr. Jadidian. He is a thoughtful, intellignent and thorough physician who communicates well in a clear and organized manner. His professional skill are excellent. His office staff and surgical staff all performed at the highest levels.

I went to quite a few doctors before coming to Dr. Jadidian. He came highly recommended by another doctor who said he was the best to do my sinus surgery. It was a success, and I feel better than I have in months. He listens to what you say, and explains everything clearly. I would highly recommend him to anyone having sinus issues.
