Dr. Armine Sarkisian, MD

This is a note of thankfulness and gratefulness to Dr. Armine Sarkisian for her endless care and treatments regarding my condition, as I know Dr. Armine Sarkisian since May 2024 and all my treatments and check ups since then took place till mid July. She is also a very knowledgeable doctor and her ability as a great decision making physician regarding referrals and the best treatment solutions is just amazing . I am grateful for everything you did to make my health issues better also thanks to Rima and Ovsanna for their continuous care and help.I will highly recommend Dr. Armine Sarkisian as your doctor for all your gastroenterological health needs.

We arrived for our appointment only to be told there were 6 people ahead of us and the very rude and professional receptionist was surprised we were disappointed at this poor scheduling. Would NOT recommend this doctor!

I don’t even know where to begin . I saw her on may 25th she scheduled me for a procedure on June 17th. I asked her what time should I arrive at the hospital she tells someone will call me day before with the details. June 16th it’s 2pm already no phone call, so I call and her assistant is confused her excact words “ I think you were canceled didn’t they call you? I ask who is they she puts me on hold for ten min. She comes bk tells me Adventist health Glendale denied my procedure because in order for her to perform there she needs to see 2-3 patients and she only goes there once a month. So in other words they are scheduling patients to have procedures but your not Guaranteed to have it unless she has another patient. BULL! There’s so much more to tell. Do not go to this woman. I’m also filing a complaint to the California medical board

This doctor is as careless and ignorant as it gets. Aside from the fact she has her own family giving her reviews on google, she is careless and manipulative. A family member had problems for a very long time and all she did was say she was fine and sent her off (after going to another knowledgeable doctor, turns out she wasn't all that fine). If you want your family member or friend to receive professional care from a capable doctor, this doctor is only going to charge you and set you out to dry like a raisin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Best doctor I met

Dr Armine performed my colonoscopy. I waited over 1hour for my appointment. We scheduled the procedure. It took several weeks for the follow up appointment. Again, waited over an hour to see her for the results. She spent 10 minutes with me. Prescribed the same medication I was already on, and that was it! A few months later, during COVID-19, I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe them $300. I already paid for the procedure and I have PPO insurance that covered the rest. The office never told me there was a bill or I would have paid it while I was in the office. They never called me for payment— EVER!!! Now, I was sent to collection and I have the collection mark on my credit report! For only $300. I would have paid them the cash right there if they ever presented me with a bill. Shame on you and your staff, GREEDY Dr Armine. No phone call from your staff. No follow up or anything. Your offices were closed for COVID-19 so you just sent it to collections.

Very bad service. Stuff are so rude and unprofessional. I called to make an appointment in such a pain and they said they don’t have till month and I mentioned it’s a very urgent matter and my primary care said tell them to give you urgent appointment and they said we can’t. When I said at least ask dr to call me to prescribe a pain relief so I can tolerate the pain till July 31 they said she is not calling back and she’s not talking to the patient over the phone. However she was my dr who did procedure almost a year ago But still it’s not important for them. Very careless and un responsible!!! The guy who picked up the phone I said if you can’t do anything I will report my insurance your respond and he said I will tell the insurance that you’re lying and he hang up the phone!!!! I am working in dr office for more then 15 years and for many different doctors and never seen something like thisss...stay away from their office. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. My 24 year old daughter had blood in her stool and went in to see her. She conducted the doctor's appointment with her door open so everyone in the waiting room could hear what was being said. She was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. She was put on very expensive medication and told to throw away her microwave. We scheduled an appointment with an expert at Cedars who specializes in colitis and found out we were on the wrong medication. Eventually, my daughter ended up having her colon removed. On top of all this, the office told me the doctor was in network and later found out she was out of network. As I was trying to resolve the situation, she sent our bill to collections. We paid the bill just to be done with her for good. Avoid this doctor and see an expert if you have issues.

Ijust wanted to say how disappointed and disgusted I am at the treatment of this office. I saw Dr Sarkisian several times over the summer for a painful issue. I paid out of pocket several times over $100 for short 10 min appointments, which required minimal treatment because I didn't have insurance. Each time I had an appointment, I waited 45 min plus sometimes for a very very short visit in which I never really was treated, just given some samples. Now that I have insurance, I called back to give them my business and just asked for a refill on a prescription. Not one time has this been an easy process. Something that should be a quick and easy refill has required tons of calls to their office to get a simple prescription right. I am just so disgusted at the lack of competence and horrible customer service that I have to take my business elsewhere. You are a good doctor and I have nothing but nice things to say about you, but your staff and customer service need a HUGE OVERHAUL.

I had a pain in my abdomen many years. After doctor Sarkisian's good treatment the pain is gone. She gave me diet list to keep my food in order. I follow her medical advises and now I am felling good and most important I can sleep well. Thank you doctor.

She did biopsy and after that no medication or call form her to tell me i have an infection after waiting for 2 months, carelss doctor.

Very knowledgable and educated doctor. She shows what she is talking about and you can tell from the way she speaks. I am glad she treated my Hemorrhoids. I even went in again and got a colonoscopy and egd done. I had a cancer causing polyp that was removed in a colonoscopy by the doctor and I didn't even feel a thing. She is very nice as well and super kind. I am glad I visit her and took my mother's recommendation.
