His clinic, Saban Community Clinic, solicited me to come in to get a medication that I was not a candidate to get. They initiated the call to ask me if I were interested in getting the shot and set up an in person appointment so that I could receive the shot. I waited several weeks for the appointment and was excited to get the shot. When I arrived the first person who took me back to the office made a mistake and took me back by mistake. Then when the Dr Koury came in he informed me I wasn’t getting the shot just a consultation. Why would I need to come in for a consultation they could have done that over the phone. After voicing my frustration he then informs me I wasn’t eligible for the shot given my previous labs. They had this information prior to scheduling this appointment. It felt like they just wanted the commission for selling the shot without regard for my time. Their staff is rude and lack any empathy for the patient.
